Our energy is infectious - it amplifies.
I’m here to create the sacred circle, to hold the space and set the energy of welcome, authenticity, presence, and reverence for the Divine Feminine.
I’ll bring the practices - movement, ritual, sound, the elements, the senses - as tools for us to experience together.
And when you step into that space with us, something happens. It creates magic.
When we go deep, it’s amplified. So is our strength when we move, our joy when we laugh, and our connection when we come together.
It honestly makes me feel like we can do anything.
Sense
When we feel things, we become alive.
We feel our way through the world with our senses. In our busy, chaotic lives, we often shut down, or simply stop paying attention.
Smell the essential oil. Feel the movement in your body. Taste the wine. Hear the sound bath. Dream into another dimension. Let’s laugh together.
Our senses bring us to life.
Move
Movement lights the fire within us.
Let’s work our bodies. Let’s sweat. Let’s stretch. Let’s build our strength. When we move through space, it’s empowerment. It’s the life force coursing through our veins.
Whether we’re doing yoga, dancing, HIIT, or strength training, we’re lighting that fire together.
And then there’s music - something we can hear but never touch, until we embody it. Let’s feel the rhythm, move with the melody, and let the music carry us together.

THE STORY OF SACRED BECOMING
SACRED BECOMING
The goddess Ixchel came to me first as a hurricane.
I was living in Mexico, and my life was at the lowest of lows. I felt her in the wind, in the hurricanes, in the rain, and in the rainbow that came out after. Then she began coming to me in dreams and visions. And eventually, she just flowed through me.
I was completely broken, but suddenly I was consumed by this urge to create. It was like an explosion. I started writing music. I started choreographing. I started creating Tarot Flower. Ideas and energy were coming faster than I could contain them.
Ixchel is the Weaver of Worlds, the one who wove the world into being.
And somehow, all of the work I had done throughout my life began spiraling in toward the center, weaving itself together like a beautiful spiderweb glistening in the morning sun with drops of dew.
Sacred Becoming was given to me.
It became the way I healed myself. And its first expression was Tarot Flower - the Sacred Becoming Oracle, the rituals, the mentorship, and the practices that invite us inward.
But at some point, I knew this wasn’t just for me.
I needed to share it.
So I packed my bags and headed to Europe, searching for new places to share the magic.
In 2023, Goddess Yoga Retreats was born in Lago d’Orta, Italy.
That was the second birth of Sacred Becoming.
And that’s where the Goddess Tribe began.
